What we collect

• Booking requests: your name, email, phone, venue address, event date and time, postal code, guest count, package, cup and menu choices, notes, and any logo file you upload.
• Saved quotes: the email (and optional name) you enter, plus the estimate you asked us to send.
• Site visits: pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and how you found us, through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel (see below).

How we use it

To reply to your request, plan and run your event, send the quote link you asked for, follow up on saved quotes, and understand which pages and ads bring people to us. We do not sell your information.

Services that handle your information

• Cloudflare hosts this site and stores booking requests, saved quotes, and uploaded files.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Photon by komoot (OpenStreetMap data) powers address suggestions. It receives the address text you type, sent from our server, not your device.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are sent by a person, not a bot.
• Google Analytics measures visits. Meta pixel measures the results of our Instagram and Facebook ads. Both use cookies. Booking requests and saved quotes are reported to them as a count with the package and estimate only, never your name, email, phone, or address.

Your choices

Analytics and ad measurement settings load with the page.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we turn tracking off automatically.
